To Log On:

  • There is a login box in the upper right corner.
  • Enter your User Name and Password then click on the login button.

If your login was successful you'll be directed to the appropriate page to begin.

If your login was invalid you'll be directed back to the login screen where you will have the chance to try again.

Continuing Education reimbursement information can found under "Employer Information".

When reporting under new rates effective 5/26/2024 for the first time, do not use the "Copy/Modify Previous Report Form" option. Select "Enter New Contribution" or "Upload Contribution File" for the first report using the new rates.

Please make sure you are reporting work under the correct CBA agreement.
